Local tip
In the 2026 season the house has self-guided visits on Sundays and bank holidays (10.30am to 3.30pm, last entry 2.30pm) and guided tours only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Booking online is cheaper than paying at the door, and the gardens and conservatory can be visited without the house.
