Did you know
Mary Wollstonecraft joined the congregation in the 1780s and its minister Richard Price became her mentor, which is why the meeting house is often called the birthplace of feminism.
Local tip
Drop in free on Thursdays and Fridays 12pm-6pm or Sundays 11am-1pm (no booking; guided tours can be arranged), and pick up the audio guide to the Mary Wollstonecraft exhibits. The building is fully step-free.
