Did you know
Room One's dancefloor has vibrated with bass since fabric opened in 1999 via built-in Bodysonic transducers, and in 2024 the club installed its first upgrade to the system in 25 years, adding units that also let people with hearing impairments feel the music as tactile vibration, developed in partnership with Deaf Rave.
Local tip
Room One (with the vibrating floor) is the room to prioritise if the tactile bass is the draw. Check which room a given night's lineup is actually playing in before you queue, since fabric runs three separate rooms with different sound characters.
