Did you know

Built for Truman's Brewery to a design by Eedle and Meyers and listed Grade II in 2015, it is the only building left standing from its original terrace after Blitz bombing and the later demolition of the prefabs that replaced the houses.

Local tip

Bring cash, as the bar takes cash only. Live music is listed at weekends, and it opens from 12.30pm Monday to Saturday and noon on Sunday, so check before a special trip.
