Did you know

Historic England listed the pub at Grade II in June 2022, dating the building to around 1866 with an interior refitted in Brewer's Tudor style in the 1920s or 1930s.

Local tip

Traditional Irish music sessions are a regular draw, but sources disagree on the night (Time Out says Thursdays from 9pm, the pub's Instagram says Tuesdays), so check before you go. It also serves real ales and pizza.
