Did you know
Founded in 1984 on a former car park, it is the only one of the original seven Covent Garden community gardens still surviving. It is run by a committee of local residents and workers.
Local tip
Time a visit for spring or early summer when the wildlife garden is in full bloom, and keep noise down. It's a volunteer-run sanctuary for the West End's only frog population.
