Did you know
The restaurant is named after both the opera Norma and the Sicilian dish pasta alla Norma, and chef Ben Tish's version of that dish, made with aubergine, tomato and ricotta salata over rigatoni, is the restaurant's signature.
Local tip
Save room for the cannolo, it's served oversized and piped to order with sweet ricotta rather than pre-filled.
