Did you know

Bao was founded by Erchen Chang with Shing Tat Chung and Wai Ting Chung, and this Soho site, opened in April 2015, was their first permanent restaurant after trading as a street food stall at Hackney's Netil Market.

This branch doesn't take reservations, so arrive right at opening or expect to queue on the pavement, especially on weekend evenings.
