Did you know
By its own account Kula has traded since 1999 as a family-run halal cafe and ice cream parlour off Oxford Street, and its menu includes a Swedish open sandwich based on one from Stockholm's Löwenbräu.
Local tip
Go for a waffle rather than just coffee, that's what the menu is actually built around. It's open until 10pm most nights, later than most cafés nearby, so it also works as a dessert stop after dinner.
