It runs on Sundays. Time Out gives 10am to 4pm and Hackney Council 10am to 5pm, so go before mid-afternoon. The road is car-free from 6am to 8pm on Sundays between Dunlace Road and Blurton Road, so wander the whole stretch and the independent shops.
