Did you know
Casa Tua, meaning 'your home' in Italian, was opened in 2013 by friends Giuseppe Miggiano and Massimo Rubino, who wanted to recreate the atmosphere of an Italian nonna's kitchen, and the restaurant makes its pasta daily using semola flour imported from Altamura in Puglia.
Local tip
Order the carbonara if you want to see the traditional Roman method done without cream, it's one of the dishes diners come back for.
