London's last working windmill, an 1816 Grade II* listed tower mill among terraced houses in Windmill Gardens, restored in 2011 and now milling flour by volunteers.

Did you know
Its sails were removed in 1862 and it was worked by engine until 1934, and the restored mill reopened to the public on 2 May 2011.
Local tip
It opens on the second weekend of each month from March to October (next: Sunday 11 October 2026, 1pm-5pm). 30-minute tours cost £5 and must be booked; when they sell out, free 20-minute short tours run on a turn-up basis, and children under 1.2m cannot go in.
