Did you know

The entrance hall's marble floor and columns were filmed as Gringotts' banking hall in 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' (2001). The building is a real, still-functioning diplomatic mission, not a museum.

Local tip

It's a working High Commission, not a tourist attraction. You can view the entrance hall from the door, but there's no general public access beyond that.
