Did you know
Two stone alcoves near the Hackney Wick war memorial are surviving fragments of the old London Bridge, demolished in 1831, placed in the park in 1860.
Local tip
The park opens at 7am and closes at dusk, 365 days a year. The splash pool runs 11am-5pm every day from spring bank holiday through the summer, and there are three cafes: the Pavilion Cafe and Blas in the west and the Hub in the east.
