Did you know
Parliament Hill was bought for public use in 1888 and stands 98 metres high. Parts of its skyline view, including St Paul's Cathedral, are officially protected views.
Local tip
Go at dawn or dusk on a clear day, ideally right after rain, when the haze clears and the City skyline is sharpest. Check the forecast first, since a cloudy visit isn't worth the climb.
