Catalyst makes its own Coffee Sriracha from spent espresso grounds and sells it by the bottle, pouring it over dishes like grilled aubergine on the food menu.

Local tip

It closes at 5pm on weekdays and doesn't open at all on weekends, except for Friday evening, when the café turns into a bar with cocktails and wine until 9pm.
